The tips for stunning, luminous skin

Make your skin sweat
Whether in the sauna, jogging through the park or working
out on the yoga mat at home - the main thing is that your skin really works up
a sweat. When you wetness, your pores open and accumulated toxins and dirt
particles that cause blemishes are washed out. Bye-bye pimples, hello dream
complexion!
Don't forget: No matter how you made your skin sweat -
remember to cleanse your face afterwards and get rid of sweat and dirt.
Peeling with a wow factor
In addition to daily facial cleansing, a peeling should also
be incorporated into the beauty routine from time to time. Our skin renews
itself every 28 days. During this time, covering cells are transported from the
depths to the surface, where they are eventually worn away and fall off. But
the older we get, the extended this process takes. A skin peeling takes this
renewal process back on its toes. Dead skin cells are gently removed and the
light facial massage during use also stimulates blood circulation. The skin
immediately feels more relaxed and vital.
Peelings that combine chemical substances such as enzymes or
salicylic acid with fine, round granules are ideal. On the other hand, you
should keep your hands off peelings with coarse, sharp-edged abrasive
particles.
If you like, you can prepare your own peeling with
completely natural ingredients, for example from quark, honey and fine sugar.

Off to bed!
Attention night owls: If you don't allow your body enough
sleep, you will be punished with a pale, pale complexion the next morning. Why
is that? Our skin works at full speed at night. If we don't get enough sleep,
our skin cells don't have enough time to regenerate. The necessary growth
hormone is only released when we sleep. Therefore, it is best to cuddle up in
bed before midnight. In this way you can make the most of your skin's
regeneration process.
Glow thanks to the foundation trick
Is there an important day ahead of you when you want to have
a good rest and look great? Then you can use the make-up bag of tricks for the
glow you want. Simply add a drop of facial oil, for example argan or lavender
oil, to your foundation . It's best to mix the textures on the back of your
hand and then apply the foundation as usual.
This gives you a particularly natural, radiant finish and
more luminosity - without your skin appearing too heavily made up. Those who
tend to have very dry or sensitive skin can also mix the oil with a tinted day
cream.
